Common Mistakes that Job Applicants Make

Hi Everyone! We have had our share of SMH moments during the interview and hiring process so I thought I’d put together a helpful list of common mistakes that job applicants may not realize that they are making. A frequent one, not mentioned on the list is ghosting. Can’t tell you how many people commit to an interview and don’t show up. If a company invests its time and resources in considering you and in scheduling an interview, have the courtesy if you made another choice to send a message letting them know:)
