As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, we recently held a Free Water Heater Giveaway for someone in need. Today, we’re thrilled to announce that the winner is the wonderful Monette!
Monette’s story touched our hearts, and we knew immediately that she was the perfect recipient. At Auger Pros Plumbing, our mission goes far beyond providing top-notch plumbing services; it’s about making a difference in people’s lives. Helping members of our community is where our hearts are, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to bring a little extra warmth to Monette’s home during the holidays.
This morning, our dedicated plumbing team, Sergey and Justin, arrived at Monette’s home to install a brand-new State water heater that we were proud to provide completely free of charge. Their expertise and professionalism ensured that the installation went smoothly, and we were delighted to hear that Monette will now have reliable hot water to keep her and her family comfortable throughout the season.
But the story doesn’t end there. Our General Manager, Alex, and Dispatch Manager, Ashley made a special visit to Monette’s home during the water heater installation. Spending time with her was a highlight of the day. We found Monette to be a lovely, warm individual whose gratitude and kind spirit truly brightened our hearts. We’re so glad we could make a difference for her and her family, especially during this time of year.
